- On-site installation. Many software companies may offer the "option" of on-site training. At Ideal, on-site training is guaranteed. We want to personally make sure your system is up and running correctly and as quickly as possible so you don't have to waste your time thumbing through users manuals and trying to guess if you're doing things correctly. Our trainers will come on-site to install and configure your entire system including networking, printing, back-ups, and more. We'll make sure things are set-up and working properly so you can rest assured that your software will run without problems.
- On-site and follow-up telephone training that gives you immediate results. One of the biggest mistakes that dealers make is not getting the proper amount of training for their employees. Professional "one-on-one" training is the key to getting the most out of YOUR business management software. That's why we offer on-site training and follow-up telephone/internet training.
- Fast and reliable training and support. We take pride in our "world class" service and support. In fact, we recently surveyed our customers and they gave our support a rating of 8.5 (out of 10). Our toll-free 800 number puts you in touch with a support representative who will answer any questions about the software and continue to provide training. - Optional hardware that's reliable and thoroughly tested. Ideal takes pride in building computers that don't crash, and it shows. We have less than a 1% hardware defect rate! Every computer and hardware device that we sell is pre-configured and thoroughly tested before it's shipped to you. You can choose from a variety of "tested and approved" hardware components including printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, computer workstations, servers and more.
- Price list updates. Ideal obtains price lists from manufacturers and suppliers. These lists allow you to update all of your part numbers, prices, and descriptions into your Ideal software automatically. We continuously add manufacturers and suppliers to our price lists to provide you with more options when choosing your vendors and help you keep tabs on the latest pricing information. You can choose how often you want to be notified of updates. For example, if you want to know every time a list is updated, we will send you a disk with the updated lists.
- Free training seminars. In addition to our on-site and telephone support, we also schedule group seminars where you are able to take part in a weekend-long training session. This seminar is very beneficial because you can learn more about the software and how to get the most out of each application. It also gives you the chance to meet other Ideal customers and exchange successful business practices.
