“We’ve used it to remind people of the service intervals. We’ve used it to push service promotions to customers who have bought equipment from us during the winter. That’s generated a lot of revenue during our off months.”

“It’s taken a lot of stress off of me. It’s made me much more effective in managing the business instead of the business managing me. I feel like we’re much more proactive now instead of just being in a reactive posture all the time.”
