What problems did you face in your dealership before using Ideal?

Josh: Before Ideal, the biggest nightmare was all the paperwork. If it gets misplaced, there goes the whole work order. All the customer information, everything. You can’t be like, what was that guy’s name, et cetera. That’s probably one of the biggest help.

How often does your team use Ideal?

Josh: On a daily basis, we utilize the whole good system, parts, the inventory. Mainly, we use the reports for sales, summary reports, whole goods. 

Can you tell us about your experience with our support team?

Josh: Every time I’ve interacted with Ideal, I’ve had great responses, great interactions with all the staff that works there. They’ve been very helpful with all my questions.

What would you say to other dealerships that are considering Ideal?

Josh: The main reason to use Ideal would be everything’s integrated in one program. You don’t have to worry about misplaced paperwork. You don’t have to worry about using Excel with QuickBooks. It’s nice, neat, and tidy in one package.
